Exchange Policy

In case of Defects:

  1. We would require clear parcel opening videos and pictures within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.
  2. Item is eligible for exchange request only once and we don't have a refund policy.

We offer free shipping within India but the cost of reverse pickup would be borne by the customer in case of a return/exchange. Once we receive the product, it will undergo a thorough inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.

At silver’d.co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange policy as follows:

  • An incorrect parcel was delivered to you, which did not match the item in your confirmation email. 
  • The jewellery you purchased had a manufacturing flaw when it was delivered.
  • A customised product is neither eligible for exchange, nor return.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
